Returns & Exchanges Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your helicopter modeling components. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important: All returned items must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all tags and documentation included.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Our Team: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange
  3. Receive Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  4. Ship Your Return: Package items securely and ship to our address (return shipping is customer’s responsibility)
  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of our products and for hygiene/safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Built models ((A)RTF): Custom-assembled helicopters
  • Cleaner: Chemical cleaning products
  • Decor: Decorative items
  • Clothing: Apparel and wearable items
  • Decals / Badges: Custom adhesive products
  • Opened or used precision components
  • Items without original packaging

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
