Mechanics For Bell 429

These mechanics have the term Dome Mechanics as they are specially designed to fit in the top dome of the fuselage, so allowing plenty of space for a full extended cockpit. This gives the builder the option as to how much detail they incorporate in the cockpit.

It provides the optimum gear ratio for the Bell 429 in 1/5th scale together with the 4-bladed head Ord.No. 704/38. With this combination, a harmonic flight is guaranteed.

The gear ratio for the electric version including turbine adapter is 17.36:1

The mechanics are left hand rotation.

It is designed to mount a Jakadofsky turbine. Instead of a turbine, the electric motor Pyro 800 can be mounted when using the adaptor Ord.No. 429/59. This VARIOability is the machanics’ big plus.

Mechanics are supplied without a adaptor or motor.

When ordering the Jakadofsky turbine, kindly order the correct number of teeth for the clutch bell:

• 4-blade, Jakadofsky Pro Edition: clutch with 23 teeth
• 4-blade, Jakadofsky Pro 5000/6000: clutch with 22 teeth
